China Wire and Cable Expo & Product Quality Summit will start in Wuhu, Anhui province, on Nov 1, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine announced on Monday.


The summit will be held under the theme of "better product quality, better industry development".


Since 2010, government departments and industry organizations led by AQSIQ have worked together to promote wire and cable product quality by launching guidance and establishing safeguards.


The two-day summit will discuss product quality mechanisms and provide an information exchange platform for suppliers and buyers in the industry.
